Ellen Dugan, a respected Witch and Tarot reader, collaborated with artist Mark Evans to create a deck that speaks directly to magickal practitioners while remaining accessible to anyone drawn to the tradition. The imagery updates the Rider-Waite-Smith framework with witch-specific symbolism: the Hierophant becomes the High Priest, the Wheel of Fortune becomes the Wheel of the Year, and Judgment becomes Karma.
