Tarocco Piedmontese 22 Major Arcana from Il Meneghello

This Il Meneghello edition reproduces the 22 Major Arcana of a late nineteenth-century tarot from Piedmont, originally published by Strambo di Fabrica of Varallo. The stencil coloring of the original was applied in a warm primary palette of red, yellow, and dark purplish blue, with pink and sea green accents and some color blending that produces brick red and brown tones. All of this sits on top of woodblock line art, and every quirk and mark from the original has been retained in the reproduction. This 2022 edition of 600 decks is printed on high-quality Italian stock and packaged in a two-part telescoping box bearing the Il Meneghello wax seal. Each deck has a hand-numbered title card.
