Manara Tarot

Manara Tarot

Milo Manara, best known for his adult graphic novels and his work with Federico Fellini, brings his witty and irreverent style to tarot in this 78-card deck that weaves together eroticism, astrology, and divination. The Major Arcana retains most of its traditional names with a few notable variations, including The Punishment in place of The Hanged Man and The Mirror replacing the Wheel of Fortune. The suits of the Minor Arcana are renamed after their elemental connections: fire, water, air, and earth. Clever, playful, and very explicit, this is a deck that takes its subject seriously while refusing to be solemn about it. Adult content only.
