Visions of Duality Inspirational Cards
Barbara Ciardo and Riccardo Minetti have created a 36-card deck built around the theme of duality, the way that opposing forces and perspectives define our experience of the world. Ciardo's illustrations draw on her background in fine art and children's publishing to produce imagery that is visually striking without being inaccessible. Minetti's words offer wisdom to accompany each card.
About the Creators
Barbara Ciardo is a Naples-based illustrator, fine artist, and art educator who has worked in publishing for over 15 years. Her clients have included Mondadori, DC Comics, Warner Bros, Marvel, and Lo Scarabeo, among others. She runs her own studio and teaches at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples and Scuola Italiana di Comix. Her personal work focuses on the therapeutic power of storytelling, color, beauty, and the oneiric.
Riccardo Minetti is a writer who has contributed text to numerous tarot and oracle decks, including the Epic Tarot Deck, Dark Mirror Oracle, Green Oracle, Traditional Manga Tarot, and others.
