The Tarot of Papus is a historical publication produced by Rinascimento Italian Style Art, a team dedicated to preserving and reproducing significant works from the history of esoteric card-making. Papus, the pen name of Gerard Encausse, was a leading figure in the French occult revival of the late nineteenth century, and his writings on tarot helped shape how the cards came to be understood in the Western esoteric tradition.
Rinascimento Italian Style Art was founded by historian of esotericism Giordano Berti and art designer Letizia Rivetti. Berti is a writer and researcher with an international reputation for his historical studies on tarot and his work designing educational games around symbolic traditions. Rivetti is the founder of ArtStudioLetizia, known for creating immersive environments, art installations, and distinctive art objects.
