Ciro Marchetti has always had a talent for taking traditional tarot symbolism and making it feel new, and the Tarot Grand Luxe is one of his most accomplished efforts. The deck draws on elements from the Rider-Waite-Smith system and the Tarot de Marseille alongside other historical symbols and archetypes, weaving them into a wholly original modern deck. The illustrations are rich with religious, spiritual, and esoteric iconography, all handled with the skill of an award-winning designer. A 56-page booklet shares the artist personal interpretation of each card.
About the Creator
Ciro Marchetti is an award-winning artist originally from the United Kingdom who studied art in London and built a career across Europe and South America before settling in the United States. He opened a design agency in Miami and has taught digital illustration and imagery at the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute. He continues to produce visionary art alongside his commercial work.
