Pablo Robledo spent years studying the most significant and well-crafted Marseille-style decks before creating his own. Rather than reproducing any single historical source, he made something new that continues the long tradition of card makers reinterpreting older models to produce something that recalls the past while building on it. The sixth edition, printed in Argentina, features smaller cards with a warm tan antiqued background, a smooth eggshell finish, and a booklet in English and Spanish that shares Robledo personal ideas about what tarot is and how it works.
