Starlore Astronomical Tarot and guidebook - First Edition
The Starlore Astronomical Tarot is a 56-card Minor Arcana deck built around the mythology and folklore of the constellations and the zodiac. The imagery draws from historical engravings originally published over three hundred years ago by John Lenthall of Fleet Street in London, which have been digitally restored and remastered by Nitasia Roland for this edition. The deck comes with a companion guidebook exploring the constellation stories behind each card.
About the Creator
Nitasia Roland is a writer, poet, and digital artist whose academic background combines English, Poetry, Printmaking, Design, and Creative Writing at the graduate level. Her experience spans handmade textiles, book arts, small press editing and publishing, and teaching digital design. She has practiced tarot and astrology for over twenty years and brings an animistic sensibility to her work, treating each image as something with its own spirit to interpret.
