Stephanie Pui-Mun Law spent years developing this deck, weaving together influences from Asian art, Celtic tradition, and the wider world of fairy tale and folklore into watercolor imagery of extraordinary delicacy. The full set pairs the 78-card deck with a companion guidebook that includes the artist’s own interpretations of each card alongside an introduction to tarot basics, reading instructions, and practical spreads by Barbara Moore. The imagery is built on the Rider-Waite-Smith structure, making it learnable and reliable while being visually unlike almost anything else in the tarot canon. Few decks are as immediately inviting to hold.
