Many Queens Tarot

Created by Portland artist Lettie Jane Rennekamp, the Many Queens Tarot grew out of a deeply personal process of working through grief, healing, and self-acceptance. Working within the Rider-Waite-Smith framework, Rennekamp reimagined the traditional archetypes through imagery that consciously loosens rigid categories around gender, body type, family structure, and self-presentation. The Queens in particular are treated as symbols of intuition, receptivity, and quiet inner authority. The illustrations are rendered in expressive black and white, giving the deck a grounded, honest quality that invites genuine reflection.
