About the Creator
Alyson Davies is a visual artist based in Edmonton, Alberta, working within Treaty 6 Territory. Raised in a rural family of skilled tradespeople, Davies brings a maker's sensibility to her studio practice, which centers on painting, cyanotype printmaking, and ceramics. She holds an MFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design and a BFA from the University of Alberta, and her work has been exhibited across Canada and the United States.
